          Restrepo began her acting career with the 2006 Colombian horror film At the End of the Spectra.[2] She has also acted in live theater.[3] She was nominated for Premios India Catalina in best actress category.

          She acted in the Colombian films La semilla del silencio and Malcriados.[4] As her roles varied from religious to a prostitute,[5] Colombian newspaper La Opinión described her as a versatile actress.[6] She had portrayed Laura of Saint Catherine of Siena on screen[7] in the Colombian show
