Malini Chib, who suffers from cerebral palsy, received a national award for being a role model for the disabled on the occasion of World Disability Day, which is celebrated on December 3 each year.

Cerebral palsy, often referred to as a condition where an intelligent mind is housed in a disabled body, is a neurological disorder which makes body movement and speech extremely difficult.
